Minecraft

I am going to tell you about Minecraft because it is a awesome game to play. First when you start Minecraft you have to go find a tree and mine the wood from it to make tools, and to make a house later on. Once you have enough wood you can make better tools like a stone pick or a stone axe which can make you a better house. Also after you have found a mine you can sometimes find diamonds or emralds which can make you really good armor and tools to defeat the EnderDragon. Before you can go and defeat the EnderDragon you have to find where the End Portal, so you can get to the Ender World. After you have made it to the End World you have to destroy all of these tower things then kill the EnderDragon, so you can complete the game of Minecraft. So I hope you have learned something from this brife summarey of Minecraft, and you should get it on our computers for some free time when we can play games. Five Night's At Freddy's

I am going to tell you about a scary game called Five Night's At Freddy's. Basically it is a game that you have to try and survive from creepy anamatronic animal robots that try to stuff you in a anamatronic Freddy's suit. Also you have to try and survive until six a.m. each night that you stay at the place (there are five nights.) Then you aslo have camaras to check on the robots and if you see that one of them has moved from the show stage then that is when you need to worry. Then there is the creepiest charater of all and he is named "Foxy" because when you do not check on his camara he will start to move out of a room and once he is out of the camara view for that room then that means he is running down the hallway to get you. There is also " Bonnie" and she is a bunny that is always scary when you turn on the light in the hall and you see here standing there with her mouth wide open and if you do not shut the door intime then you will die. So that is my story and I hope you loved this so much to buy the game and put it on all of our computers to let us play it when we can.

Modern Pangea

No, I think that the world not be better this way because it might effect were all different types of animals live so they might come to different continents and might effect our lives. It might also effect the way some people live like if a Europran person came and started to drive to Australia instead of North Amarica. It would also probably have caused a lot of earthquakes maybe even worse to were some people probably died from some of this disaster. Another reason on how this would effect us is that there would be to much stuff going on like for rush our or if there was a big long line of people whating to get on a plane or train to get somewhere important. Remembering 9/11

What I know about the events that occured on 9/11/2001 is that terrorist hijaked four planes and they all went in different directions. The first plane that was hijacked hit the North Twin Tower and then the second plane that was hijaked hit the South Twin Tower. Then there were two other planes one of the planes hit the Pentogon which it only got through the first of five walls. Then there was the last plane that attempted to hit the White House but four men that were on the plane went to the front cab and made the plane go straight for the ground instead of the White House.

Six Flags Bonzi Pipline

I am going to tell you about the time I went to Six Flags and rode the the Bonzi Pipline. At first I was really scared to ride on it but I said to myself that I can do it. When I start walking up to it I had butterflys in my stomach and I was about to back out of it. Then when I was almost at the top of the stairs I nearly past out when I saw what the slide did to people. What the slide did is that you stood in a pode and a door closed on you and all of a sudden the floor drops from you . That nearly made me go crazy but I did not give up and I did it and I loved it after I fell through a floor. That is my story and I hope you liked it.

This weekend im going down to goose creek with Austin. Were going to have a bunch of fun like, riding the jet ski, riding the golf cart, swimming. But I have to come home Sunday because I have to pack things to go riding on Monday since we have no school. I cant wait for this weekend its going to be a good time.

Something that bugs me

When one of your best friends talks bad behind your back then when you say something to there face and they denied it all. It makes me so mad you, but oh well. And then there like "hey want to go somewhere with me this weekend?" Like no! But that's why you have more than one friend at all times. And make sure you can trust them with everything before you start telling them things. Also when teachers yell at you, man that makes me mad! But in the end I probably deserved it.  And another thing is when you want to go riding so bad so you ask and they say no.

At the end of the school year my dad and me and a bunch of his buddies from work are going riding. They don't really know where to go yet, either moonlight witch is in Sullivan. Or one of the guys families farm. Id rather go to moonlight because I've never been there before. Its going to be fun wherever we go though. My dad says he wants to race me but we all know who's going to win, but ill give him that his utility bike is fast!

Deviance- Behavior that doesn't follow society's norms (expectation's) The kids aren't  suppose to get mad because someone else is doing something else. Some are getting mad because leaders aren't stopping things that are going wrong. The leaders went in the cave to find the treasure chest, and now there deciding if they want to keep it them selves or give it to the town. But they decided to buy things for everyone so they wouldn't spend there money on dumb things. And the kids agreed on the stuff they bought. 


Social Sanctions- Rewards or punishment's to encourage conformity to norms. One kid is sad/mad because Greg keeps pushing him around. But know one will tell on him so he wont get any punishments. The one girl is the richest in the town because she sells potatoes. So when you have money you get to do things that the others don't get to do. In the showdown they have to try and catch fragile eggs.


Stigma- A undesirable trait or characteristic that is used to negatively label a person. Since Taylor never does any work besides at the showdown. And so they always call her lazy, weak, beauty pageant little girl. And there always mean to her and, don't pay her because she never does any work. But there's other people that get yelled at to because they don't help either. Pharaoh is bartering one of the leaders to give him the gold star because his family is behind on bills, but a lot of those kids parents are need of money.

Rationalization- A way of thinking emphasizing knowledge, reason, and planning. The town dump stinks and they now have new leaders and they want to clean up. So they decide to take the trash somewhere else and get it far away from the town. Since Taylor and Leila never do any hard work they picked them to help, and now they refuse to do the work. And now they have to decide on a punishment for both of them. But the leaders planed to dig five feet to put all the trash in because it stunk so bad.

Conformity- Adjusting behavior to match group expectations. Two of the girls don't want to do any  work. So they ask her to fill the tank because its empty, and she gets two buckets of water and drops them and says "oops." Then she says she wants to go home. So since Taylor didn't fill the water bucket the whole town had to fill it while Taylor was sitting around. Just because you didn't get your way doesn't mean you cant help everyone.

Cooperation- Interaction inn which individuals or groups combine efforts to achieve a common goal. In the showdown they work together to find there color tag in a huge pile of beans and pigs. They have to go one at a time to find there tag. And some people don't want to go in but they have to. They had to get 75 cans to get the reward. And the decided to get the fruits over the gas powered dune buggies.

Kid Natoin #5

Primary Group- A close group that emotionally support each other and seek one another out. If the town is having problems they announcement and try to figure things out. And if a person is having troubles, someone with help that kid. And they work as a team to help everyone and there problems.

Out-Group- A group targeted by an in group in competition. These people are made into outsiders. They have competitions on who is going to be what on the boards. They compete really hard because they all want to be upper class. This time they have to have the presidents in order. Yellow is now the upper class. The voting is coming up soon and they are scared.

Social Network- The web of social relationships connecting people and groups. They gave Greg the gold star because he has been helping the town out a lot. And doing a lot of chores and cleaning. The town has to vote on new leaders. And some are very scared the might get voted out. Ojai won his seat back in the leader, and he told one of the girls I'm sorry and she didn't care.

Kid Nation #4

Right- Moral or legal entitlement to act a certain way or get something specific. The girl doesnt belive in god, and she doesnt know why she is there and she doesnt want to be there. Then the town wall is arguing about religion and what is better. They are thinking about making a relgion service, and some say that there trying to change there beliefs.

Role- Overall pattern of behavior and interactions; a way of identifying and placing and individual in sociey. People are arguing over what religion is bettter and there own beliefs and trying to make a reliogous class. Some think people are crazy for what they belive.

Achieved Status- The town hall want to do the service thing but when thye go to make the meeting no one will come to it beacuse they dont want to be apart of that. People think it wrong to think about another religion, they dont wanna belive any other beliefs other than theirs. 

Kid Nation (2)

Ethnocentrism- Judging others based on your culture. The video debates on killing a chicken or not. They need to kill a chicken because they haven't had protean in a week. At the end of the votes they decided to kill two chickens. That showed the kids how to shop a chickens head off and that you cant just live off apples and peaches.

Values- Broad ideas about what is considered valuable (freedom, family, money, etc.) The older boy that chopped the chickens head off did that because he wanted to win the 20,000 dollar star. And since he is a butcher back at his home town it was practice. Also it was done right. So they all could have good protean to keep from getting sick.

Society- A group of people living in the same area and sharing common culture, but there will be differences. The kids have to work together to get through the harsh summer/winter. On the board it shows who does what so nobody is doing the same thing. At the showdown they work in teams to do whatever they have to do to get the reward. This showdown they have to work in teams to pipe through things to get it to spin the water wheel. The first one that gets it to spin gets to be head merchants.  

President Of Uruguay

I think that is nice that Jose Mujica donates most of his money because most people value all there money and wouldn't do that. I bet those people he donates to really appreciate that money, and give something in return like, the next election they would vote for him. No other president would do that because they want to be known as a rich person. Just because your poor doesn't mean you cant have a good life. (Most) poor people are lazy, and don't want to work for the things that they need.

My four-wheeler was in the shop but then it was done so we went and got it and took it to my moms house to ride I rolled it off the trailer. And I started it and blew a head gasket, so we had to take it back to the shop to get it fixed. I was not a happy camper! Neither was my dad because the first time it was in the shop I paid for it, but this time he had to pay. Hopefully it will be done this weekend so I can ride it! We ask the shop guy why is blew a head gasket he just said because of the new parts already on it caused pressure and popped it like a balloon. This weekend I will have fun.

Kid Nations #3

Resocialization- The process of giving up old norms, values, attitudes, and behavior. All the kids have to learn that there parents are there anymore and they have to do things on there own. And with help from some other kids. They may not like the other kids but they have to adopt to like them and get along with them.

Imitation Stage- When children imitate the behavior of others without understanding the actions. Greg was cussing because he didn't like Mike talking behind his back so Greg told Mike what he thought and other kids started to act like Greg. When  the leaders told the town that they have a curfew they got mad and started ranting and raving.

Socialization- Learning how to participate in group life (must be taught how to behave and interact with others). The leaders had to decide between a microwave or pizza, they picked the microwave because it would last longer than the pizza. The pioneers were mad that they didn't get the pizza but the leaders said there going to have to deal with it.

This post is about riding four-wheelers last weekend. I just got the bike like three days before the weekend. And me and Austin went over to my buddies house and went mudding. After mudding we went over to my dads friends because he has a track. And we rode there for awhile until the neighbor got mad because it was so loud with five four-wheelers riding there. Then after that Michael my dads friend took me and Austin to the sand mines and took us through a lot of trails. One time that we stopped he told us that we were by shopping save. And that's really far from my house. So after all of that we went back to my house and rode for awhile. Until my four-wheeler broke. 

Kid Nations

Verstehen- Understanding the behavior of others by trying to put yourself in the place. Mike didn't understand why the oldest was trying to tell him what to do. And he got upset about it. One of the girl leaders wanted a bike so her behavior to earn money was good so she could buy the bike.

Power- The ability to control others. The four leaders lead the town so they can stop fighting and give the gold star. The leaders went in a group to decide if they want a TV or more portable toilets. And they chose more portable toilets.

Dramaturgy- The idea that human behavior mimics those acting on theatre. The 8 year old was crying because he was missing his parents. So one of the leaders helped him understand everybody missed their parents. The first time they cooked they all thought it was gross. So one of the leaders come in and said why don't you use the recipe book?

         My favorite color is blue. My favorite movie is Benchwarmers its so funny! My favorite hobbies are motocross, four-wheelers, rc cars those are my top three. And sometimes hockey is fun on a frozen pond.

        One time I was riding in my back yard with some friends and I had a really bad wreck and the funny thing was I got up right after the wreck and said im ready for more even though I was bleeding bad. But my friends thought it was funny because I wasn't hurt, but after a couple minutes I was feeling the pain.                            
       
         My experience with computers isn't very good. Some activities I want to do are play a lot of games and make a website. Some stuff I want to learn how to do is hack some people's stuff. That would be so fun!

Games That Make Kids Violent

Yes video games make kids more violent because they either get mad at the game, or they think its ok to repeat what they see happen. And little kids should not play games like Grand Theft Auto. Because their probably not mature enough to handle the curse words, and violence. Also it can hurt them in school because they might try and reenact some of the stuff they saw.

Kid Nation

I think the kids can do a better job than the people that made the town. The council is in charge of there group. The kids have a really big task in front of them. it's going to be a long 40 days in that town. The town looked dead to the kids and they couldn't believe they had to sleep there on the floor. They can't sleep on the floor. they are fighting on what they want to make for their dinner. They are saying that it takes long for water. The food to a long time to make and they were ready to eat. One of the council members said they were going to leave and another one wants to leave. They are making breakfast on day 2 and all the kids are fighting about how some of them didn't get food. The oldest is picking on everyone because he is the oldest and strongest. Some of the kids think it will get better. They where making teams to organize the town better by putting the kids in divisions. On day 3 the older kids messed with every thing. They get to run stores and they get paid for doing their own job. They want to fight to see who's the best. 1 place Is the upper class and that's all that matters to them.1 first place was red and 2 place was blue 3 place was yellow and 4 place was green And if they all got done they got done and it was between bathrooms or a T.V. And they picked the bathrooms. On day 4 they gave every one a job to get money. They ate breakfast and they liked it. They all opened the stores. One person is dancing for money. They are talking about the gold star and they have to give it to someone. The little kids went rabbit hunting. one person is complaining that the dishes aren't clean. Someone want's to go home because he's home sick. They gave the gold star a girl that worked really hard. The gold star is worth 20,000 dollars. The oldest kid was a bully and now is working hard to get a gold star. Everyone is working now to where they can make it their own town. Now everyone is going together to make the town really nice.

Maddon 25

Every player is good because they all have different ability's to play with. The game is a really fun with all the game modes that they have it makes the game really cool. 

Madden 25 is the coolest football game I have ever played. Every year the graphics got better. The game is about the best football players that have lived. It also has the players that play now.

Something That Bugs Me

Something that bugs me is when I get home and I don't do my home work and I get in trouble. The reasons that it bugs are theses. One is that then I have to do it at dinner instead of watching T.V. The next one is then I can't play Xbox. Another is then my mom gets mad at me mad want's to take away my T.V. Then there is my dad who says that I don't have to do it right away.

Babeball

When I play Xbox I like to play the sports games. I like all sports but my most Is baseball. Baseball is the pastime of the United States. Some of the best players played before I was born. I wish I could have seen them because I like to learn how they played with no gloves and no gear to protect them from the ball or bat.

Why I Love Baseball

My winter has been training for baseball. Baseball is my life besides school. I love how when you train and it pulls off when your in a game. I love baseball because how the sun hits me like a oven cooking a pizza. I love when u hit a ball off of your bat. I love diving in the dirt because then my mom has to clean it for the next game. I like my teammates.

If I had to got through one door and there were 7 I would go through the one to Hogwarts. One reason is that I would be a wizard and had a wand. Another reason is that I could fly on a broom. I would be able to take class and learn spells.

I will never forget the time when I stayed home and my dog keep coming up stairs when I was sleeping and she woke me up ,so I to her down stairs and whet back up stairs and feel back asleep. Micro Windmills

This article is about a micro windmill made by Jing-Chih Chiao. Jung-Ching Chiao is the electrical engineering professor at the University of Texas. The windmill measures at 1.8mm at the widest point they are really small.  Jing-Chih Chiao the builder of the windmill had a associate named Smitha Rao. Smitha Rao had the idea of the windmill.
